Word Chain Rules

Se oculta una cadena de 7 palabras. Cada par de palabras vecinas forma una palabra compuesta o una frase común — por ejemplo "house" + "party" o "note" + "book". Se muestran la primera y la última palabra, además de la primera letra de las palabras adyacentes.

Cómo jugar

  1. La primera y la última palabra de la cadena siempre se revelan al inicio, junto con la primera letra de las palabras adyacentes.
  2. Adivina cualquiera de las palabras adyacentes.
  3. Una respuesta correcta revela la primera letra de la siguiente palabra vecina sin resolver.
  4. Una suposición incorrecta revela una letra más de la palabra (pero nunca la última letra).

Puntuación

Cada palabra vale 50 puntos si se adivina en el primer intento. Cada suposición incorrecta resta 10 puntos.

About Word Chain

Los acertijos de cadena de palabras tienen una larga historia como juego de salón y como sección en periódicos. Esta versión se inspiró en Wordgy, que popularizó el formato de cadena de palabras compuestas para el juego casual en línea.

El programa de concursos estadounidense Chain Reaction se emitió en varias versiones en NBC y GSN, donde los concursantes competían por completar las palabras que faltaban en una cadena — el mismo reto central que encontrarás aquí.

Juega tantas rondas como quieras y aspira a una puntuación perfecta: 50 puntos por palabra sin fallos.
