Puntos y Cajas es el clásico juego de lápiz y papel que probablemente garabateabas de pequeño mientras se te hacía eterna la clase. Dos jugadores se turnan para dibujar una única línea entre dos puntos vecinos: sencillo de aprender y traicioneramente divertido de dominar.
En tu turno, dibuja cualquier línea libre entre dos puntos vecinos. Solo líneas rectas — nada de diagonales (buen intento).
Si cierras el cuarto lado de una caja, ¡es tuya! Márcala con tu color, apúntate un punto y juega otra vez inmediatamente.
Una línea bien colocada puede cerrar dos cajas de un tirón. Las dos cuentan, y aun así te queda otro turno — disfrútalo.
Si tu línea no cierra ninguna caja, tu turno termina y le toca al otro jugador.
La partida acaba cuando ya no queda ninguna línea por dibujar. ¡Gana quien haya conquistado más cajas!
Juega contra Tom, pasa el aparato para una partida a dos, elige un tablero más grande cuando te sientas valiente, o entra al modo Multijugador para desafiar a alguien en línea.
¿Te acuerdas de garabatearlo en el cuaderno durante una tarde larga en el cole? Dos niños, una hoja de cuadrícula, un boli cada uno — y de repente una clase de mates aburrida se convertía en un duelo lleno de tensión. Puntos y Cajas lleva más de un siglo robándoles tiempo a los estudiantes y, sinceramente, sigue funcionando igual de bien.
Parece inofensivo: solo dibujar una línea, cerrar una caja, sumar un punto. Pero al cabo de unas partidas empezarás a ver las trampas — esas cadenas largas en las que quien tiene que abrirlas acaba regalando medio tablero. Es entonces cuando Puntos y Cajas deja de ser un garabato y pasa a ser un pequeño juego de estrategia de verdad. ¿La buena noticia? Se aprende en treinta segundos. ¿La mala? Tom ya lo ha aprendido.
Esta versión online conserva el sabor a lápiz y papel: nada de configuración complicada ni de reglamentos que memorizar, solo haz clic en una línea entre dos puntos y a jugar. Échate una rápida contra Tom en un descanso, pásale el móvil a alguien para un duelo cara a cara, o sube a un tablero de 6 x 6 cuando quieras algo más sustancioso. Solo falta el chirrido de la silla del aula.

The primary script that runs our games seems to not have loaded, somehow.
This is in despite of the fact other scripts seem to have loaded up just fine.
